with Mark Newman, Clinical Psychologist
Feeling stuck, disconnected, anxious, or uncertain about your direction in life?
Existential-Adlerian Therapy offers a deeper and more reflective approach to therapy, helping people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the emotional patterns shaping their lives.
Sessions are provided online via secure Telehealth across Australia.
Why Existential-Adlerian Therapy?
Existential-Adlerian Therapy combines Adlerian Psychology with Existential Psychotherapy to work on:
Reducing your elevated anxiety symptoms
Reduce depression through re-connection
Resolve relationship problems and adopt healthy boundaries
Increase self-acceptance and self-care
Accept your past and live in the present
Build connection, belonging, and security with others
Accept the pain in life, and what we cannot change
Better identify and accept you emotions
Focus more on personal change and understanding
Increase meaning, purpose, and belonging in your life
Therapy helps you explore the deeper beliefs, emotions, and relational patterns influencing your wellbeing. We focus on meaningful psychological change, not simply symptom management.
